Administration Support Assistant (part time)

Magdalen Court School are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant, who will provide general administrative support and other duties within our busy school office. This is primarily administrative role but with some public facing receptionist duties. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting with the administrative and organisational processes within the school. They will also act as the point of contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders. They will be an ambassador for the school and embody the value, vision and ethos of the school in all interactions.

Working hours for a part time role: 8.30am – 4.30pm, three days a week (preferably Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), term time (36.6 weeks, plus three weeks during holidays). There is some flexibility with regards to working hours. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Salary: £12,915.60 (actual annual salary)

  • All interviews will be face to face and will explore the candidate’s suitability for the position.

  • Successful candidates will be required to achieve a full enhanced DBS disclosure and 2 satisfactory references.
