Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award qualifiing expedition
Complete the Gold expedition by canoe on a French river.
River Tarn, Central Massive, Southern France.
It will just give us the 4 days you need, with fun, but not too challenging water. Remembering that rain clouds play a large part in this!
As you know we have a maximum group of 8, I expect we will be well below this, but if you all want to go ahead, we can split into 2 groups & do the same expedition.
The Tarn along with many other rivers is a family friendly white water touring river, it like all rivers has it's bits you can't paddle. There is a 1k portarge you need to make on day 3.
