Coming from the south on the A30 take the A377 exit signposted Exeter/Honiton.
Then take the 1st exit onto the A377.
Follow signs into Exeter City Centre. You will find yourself on Alphington Rd.
At Exe Bridges roundabout (a very large roundabout over the river) take the 4th exit onto Western Way.
Take the right hand lane and turn right at the second set of traffic lights take turn right heading towards Topsham.
Go along Topsham Road (½ mile) you'll pass under a foot bridge and take the second road on your left; Matford Lane.
Follow this to a 'T' junction and turn right into Wonford Road.
Then take the second left into Victoria Park Road.
We are the first property on the left.
From M5
Take junction 30 off the M5 (Moto Services) and follow directions for City Centre & Dawlish (third exit off round-about under motorway for those coming from the north and first exit for those coming from the south).
Driving up the dual-carriageway under the two bridges take the left fork signposted Dawlish & City Centre.
Follow this road to the Countess Wear roundabout taking the 3rd exit, next to the pub Beefeater Countess Wear, signposted City Centre.
Drive along Topsham Road for 1 mile, as you pass a set of lights with the Army Barracks on your right, turn right into Barrack Road (signposted Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital & Exeter Football Club).
At the first set of traffic lights turn left into Wonford Road
Then take the next right into Victoria Park Road.
We are the first property on the left in Victoria Park Road (about 100m up the road.)
